Using this site
You are welcome to use this site to learn about what we do and to get in touch. Please do not use it to send us anything unlawful, to attempt to interfere with how it works, or to scrape it for commercial purposes.
Quotes and pricing
Any prices shown on this site are starting points, not offers. What a job actually costs depends on the size of the property, the condition of what we are working on, access, and what we find once we are there. We will give you a price before we start work, and that price is what you pay unless we agree a change with you.
Submitting the quote form does not create a contract or book work. We will follow up and confirm before anything is scheduled.
Service area
We work in Rankin, Hinds, and Madison counties and the areas immediately around them. If you are outside that, ask us — we will give you a straight answer rather than waste your time.
Accuracy of the site
We keep the information here as accurate and current as we can, but we cannot promise it is complete or free of errors, and the services we offer and the way we price them may change. Nothing on this site is professional advice about your particular property. If something here matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it.
