Most of our customers start with something small and seasonal. Once we know your property — and you know us — we're the ones you call when something bigger comes up. Everything below is work we take responsibility for, start to finish.
Exterior care & repairs
Recurring, seasonal, and as-needed work that keeps a house from aging faster than it has to. This is where most homeowners meet us.
Mowing, trimming, edging, bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanup. Weekly, biweekly, or on call.
Debris removed by hand, downspouts flushed, and a look at the fascia and roof edge while we're up there. You get told what we found either way.
Pine straw, leaves, and debris cleared off the roof and out of the valleys, where it otherwise sits and holds water against your shingles. We'll tell you what the roof looks like underneath it.
Branches brushing or overhanging the roof cut back, so they stop dropping debris, scrubbing at the shingles, and giving squirrels a way onto the house.
Broken or buried heads, cracked lines, leaking valves, and zones that stopped coming on. We find what's actually failing instead of replacing the whole zone.
Driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, fences, and siding. Pressure matched to the surface so nothing gets etched or gouged.
Rotten or split boards replaced, loose pickets refastened, wobbly posts reset, and railings brought back to solid. Repaired in place where that's the right call, rather than sold as a rebuild.
Cracked, loose, or rotted boards replaced, seams and penetrations resealed, and damaged trim and soffit put right — before water gets behind them and turns a board into a wall.
Inside and out. Furniture, appliances, and whole-room clutter from inside the house; construction debris, storm limbs, and full garage, shed, or attic cleanouts outside it. We carry it out, load it, and haul it off.
Leaks & weatherproofing
Water is what turns a small problem into an expensive one. These are the jobs worth doing before the damage shows up on a ceiling.
Masonry chimneys absorb water. Sealing the brick and crown keeps it out, and it's far cheaper than rebuilding a chimney that's been soaking for a decade.
Flashing, crown repair, and sealing. A lot of what gets called a roof leak turns out to be a chimney or a flashing detail, so we find the source before we sell you a repair.
Missing or damaged shingles, boot and vent replacement, and storm damage patching.
Resecuring loose sections, resealing seams and corners, and correcting the pitch and downspout runs so water actually leaves the house.
Interior work
The inside-the-house list. Often the second or third thing a customer asks us about.
Interior and exterior painting, including prep, caulking, and trim work. Done in the order that makes the finish last.
Installation and replacement, including LVP, laminate, tile, and hardwood, with subfloor repair where it's needed.
Drywall patching, trim and door repair, rot replacement, and the general punch list that accumulates in every house.
When it's more than maintenance
We don't lead with these, and we won't push you toward one. But when a repair turns out to be a replacement, you won't have to go find somebody else.
Full roof replacement and larger structural roof work.
Full replacement, including trim and soffit, when repair has run its course.
New fences and decks built from scratch, including tear-out and haul-off of whatever is there now. Wood or composite, and laid out to suit the lot rather than a catalogue.
Custom flashing, drip edge, valley metal, and metal roofing details.
