Kaleb and Andrea
Kaldrea is more than a business name — it comes from our story. The name came from combining Kaleb and Andrea, a nickname our friends gave us when we were dating. What started as a nickname between us became the name we built our work around.
We believe in doing honest work, communicating clearly, and treating every property like it matters, because it does — with Kaleb leading things in the field and Andrea keeping it all running smoothly behind the scenes.
Kaleb learned the trade from his father, James Lyles Sr., a licensed builder. Roofing was the family’s primary work and what Kaleb grew up doing, but his father could build a house from the ground up — and he passed that knowledge on. That's why we're as comfortable on a copper dormer as we are on a punch list, and it's where the habit of telling a customer the truth about their house came from.
At the end of the day, it's about more than maintaining buildings. It's about relationships. It's about trust.
