What we install
Most roofs in central Mississippi are asphalt shingle, and that's most of what we do. But we came up doing metal and copper, and we still do — which is why we get called for the roofs nobody else wants.
Full replacement and repair, including the underlayment, valley metal, drip edge, and vent boots that decide whether a shingle roof actually lasts. We install Owens Corning shingles.
Concealed-fastener panels with no exposed screws to back out and leak in ten years. It costs more up front than an exposed-fastener panel and it is the metal roof we'd put on our own house.

If you have something unusual on your roof, ask. Between shingle, metal, copper, and membrane there is very little we haven't been on top of.
Finding out what's actually leaking
A stain on the ceiling means water got in somewhere. It does not mean the roof is the somewhere.
We get called out for roof leaks that turn out to be the air conditioner — a condensate line backed up, or a unit in the attic dripping into the ceiling below it. We get called out for roof leaks that turn out to be a window, where water runs in behind the trim and shows up on a ceiling ten feet away.
When that's what it is, we say so. You get told what we found and what it will take to fix, even when the answer is that you don't need a roofer.
When it is the roof, it's usually the flashing, the chimney, a vent boot, or a valley rather than the field of the roof itself. Those are repairs, not replacements, and we'd rather sell you the repair.
We'd rather lose the job than sell you one you didn't need.
Had them come out to take a look at my copper awning. He spent a long time trying figure out where the leak was coming from. He was so helpful and thoughtful about how to fix the leak. Didn't end up needing his services. He could have done what the other roofing company did which was spend 2 minutes looking at the awning and then sending me a $1500 quote. Instead he spent 30 minutes trying to think through the issues and then said I didn't need to fix my awning but needed to fix a window. Very grateful I called him.
