Copper is the work people drive across the state to find. It is fabricated, not ordered — bent, seamed, and soldered to fit the building it's going on — and there are not many people around here still doing it.

Copper on a house
Standing seam and flat-lock copper, on a whole roof or on the one section of a house that deserves it — a porch, a turret, a low-slope run over an entry.
New copper dormer and bay tops, and replacement of ones that have failed at the seams. These are small in square footage and unforgiving in detail, which is why they leak when they're done wrong.
Copper awnings over doors and windows, built to the opening rather than cut down from a stock size.
Copper valley metal, step and counter flashing, chimney flashing, drip edge, and gutter apron. Often the right answer on a house where everything else is shingle.
Copper, galvanized, aluminum, and steel, fabricated to fit. Chimney caps and crowns, kickout flashing, curb and pan flashing, and the one-off pieces a building needs that no supplier stocks.
Resoldering failed seams, patching, and replacing sections of copper that have been damaged or badly repaired by someone else. We'll tell you when the honest answer is replacement.
